Made these last night to go with broiled chicken. Perfect side dish! Cut the recipe in half for the two of us, and used fresh garlic, 1 T, and sprinkled a little basil with the parsley on the finished dish. Very good!! Will make this again.

Great potatoes and really easy to make. My onions got overly browned before the potatoes were done. Next time I'll add the onions after the potatoes have cooked a bit. I enjoyed the spice combinations and always love crisped potatoes. Thank you!

I made this with russet potatoes, and I cut them in skinny chunks instead of wedges, hoping they would cook quickly and evenly. I used granulated onion and garlic. The potatoes got nicely browned and crunchy with good flavor. Its a keeper.

Excellent! I'll use a little less pepper next time, but, otherwise, it was wonderful!

These were simple, but tasty. I followed the recipe exactly. Like another reviewer, I found the onions crusted to the bottom of the pan; however, I think this just reflects the fact that my old pan has seen much better days. They still ended up being really tasty. I will make these again. Thanks for posting!

This was really yummy. But did anyone else have a problem with the onions burning and crusting the bottom of the pan before the potatoes were done cooking? I added some water and let the pan deglaze (helping to steam the potatoes a bit). I'm sure this changed the consistency of the intended final product, but the potatoes came out delicious nonetheless.

Delicious! I prepared them exactly as you suggested and they were perfect. My husband loved them so much he started eating mine too. Thanks for a great recipe, I will be making these all the time. Anne

This is a great skillet potato dish. I did like you and served them with grilled steaks. Left off the sugar. The seasonings were in good proportion. I sprinkled with some fresh grated parmesan cheese. Wonderful idea. Thanks.

This was so good. What I call comfort food. Took turns preparing breakfast while vacationing with friends in the Smokey mountains. This recipe was a hit with everyone! Served with thick slices of smoked country ham, scrambled eggs and buttery biscuits. I forgot to add the sugar but didn't miss it at all. This is one recipe i'm sure I will make for years to come. Thanks for posting!
