This was a quick and easy dinner. I had leftover cooked spaghetti, so it went together very quickly. Didn't have a lot of garlic - only had 3 cloves in the house, but it was still very good. Topped with parmesean cheese.
What a great recipe. My husband and I love shrimp and he thought this was delicious. I've added it to my list of regular dinners.
Excellent! The only way to eat spaghetti! Can be changed up with different frozen veggies, different herbs (but the red pepper flakes are essential.) I also added a chicken boullion cube to the pasta water like another reviewer did and some frozen brocolli and let them boil together. Would be good with leftover baked chicken and rosemary! LOVED this recipe, perfect for two people with some for lunch the next day. THANKS Jessica!!
This was absolutely delicious! My husband said, "I could eat a big, big bowl of this...everyday!" I loved it too. I'm vegetarian, so I added snowpeas and spinach, set some aside, then added thawed shrimp to my husband's batch. He said the shrimp was good with the snowpeas and spinach. This is a good recipe not only because it is oh-so-tasty, but because it can satisfy veg and nonveg. Makes my life easier! We will definitely eat this often!
Have made this recipe many times, with spaghetti noodles as well as angel hair pasta. Also really good when sauteed green or red (or both!) peppers are added. Very Good!
I adored this recipe! I used 1 tsp Italian spice, a pinch of crushed red peppers and 6 garlic cloves and angel hair pasta. Great as it is, but for a change I just added a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes! It's a whole new flavor! The trick of adding some pasta water seems to thicken the sauce. I'm going to use this with other dishes. Thanks so much for this wonderful meal!
I made this recipe for the first time tonight and it was VERY delicious! It took about 20 minutes to make and the entire family enjoyed it. The only thing I did differently was make a white wine reduction along with the butter and herb mixture and added a little bit of lemon juice and steamed asparagus. So, so GOOD!
This was delicious and simple to make. I added the juice of 1 lemon, which added a wonderful flavor.
Made this for dinner tonight. Took all of 15 minutes and it's amazing! I used garlic infused olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon and parmesan cheese. Will definitely make this again!
