Prep time is only for deveining/peeling shrimp. If you buy them prepared, you'll save time.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic and herb seasoning (I use Mrs. Dash brand)


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until tender and pink.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add hot noodles, Parmesan cheese and seasoning to shrimp.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
