directions

• Mix all ingrediants together with the shrimp.
• Put in zip lock bag or covered bowl.
• Put in the fridge for 1/2 hour to overnight.
• 1/2 hour is just as good.
• Put shrimp onto a sided cookie sheet.
• No need to drain.
• Preheat oven to 500.
• Bake 7-9 minutes.
• You can leave the shells on for guest to peel (too messy for me).
• Another idea is to put individual portions of 4-6 on a skewer and then bake (take those shells off first).
• This is quick and no mess.

1. This was a great light meal I made it with brown rice and veggies for my boyfriend and he loved it. He even req it again. Thanks for sharing

2. These were very tasty, but I did omit the salt and I don't think it was missed. Easy recipe. Would also be good, I think, with dried basil instead of parsley.

3. Simple and fast to make. Would suggest less salt and turn over shrimp while baking.

I love to cook. I love to eat something delicious that I've never had or cooked, then head to my kitchen and try to make it. Not much into baking, too many rules to follow. Gardening is fun for me as well. I have 2 grown boys, one still at home, what's up with that? Anyway... they eat everything as well as does the DH. Best day; cooking while watching old movies & cooking shows.
