      MMM! this was SOOOOO good! i may have over-cooked it a bit (my carrots got kind of soft) but it was still VERY good, easy and quick (if you dont count the half hour it took me to peel the shrimp LOL) THANKS!

      I beat ya cause mine was done in under 21mins (okay, DH helped me). Delicious and easy to make...can't ask for much more.

      really good I added greek seasonning and a little lemon juice and served it withn lemon pilaf rice oh so good!

      I liked this dish, as did my husband. I followed the directions exactly. I found it lacked flavour so I add some salt and some crushed red pepper and then it was delicious. Like the other reviews I thought it could have done with a little more liquid so I'll use more oil next time.

      Well, well, MizzNezz....you have done it again! This recipe is not only wonderful in flavor; great eye appeal with the green, orange and pink colors; but almost too easy and fast to make. The prep work is what takes up most of the time, but you can do all of that earlier in the day. I didn't serve it on pasta, because we are low carbing, but it was hearty enough without the pasta. Thanks, Nezzie for sharing another wonderful recipe from your tried & true cookbook. Thanks!
