From The Best of Taiwanese Cuisine. Serve as a dipping sauce or pour over steamed vegetables (asapragus, broccoli, green beans)
- Stir fry the garlic in the sesame oil for 1 minute. Whisk in the soy sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
Excellent! We loved this on steamed sugar snap peas, but it would also be great on stir fried vegetables. A little goes a long way so I think the nutritional facts are deceiving. This amount is easily enough for 6 servings. I will be making this wonderful sauce again. Thank you.
