This is fabulous! I have only used it on chicken so far, but I will use it for many other applications as well. Next I will try it on a beef roast. Thanks for posting this keeper!
Thanks for posting this recipe - I had the garlic book but have misplaced it so I thought I would see if it was posted here - I have used this paste for years - I think one of the kids borrowed the book and who knows if I'll ever see it again!! lol
It's very good - I grilled my hamburger brushed with this paste, and it was awesome! I agree with littlemafia - I love how you get the flavors from everything in this paste. Thank you so much for sharing!

Wow, this really packs a wallop! I forgot to add the cayenne, but there was flavor enough without it. I plan to use this to perk up some leftover meat. Thanks a lot for posting. Made for Aus/NZ recipe swap.
I'm on of those who believe there is no such thing as too much garlic!Boy,was I wrong!If I'd have had a hat one if would've jumped right off my head it's so potent. Haven't used it on anything yet but I loved licking everything this paste touched. Can't wait to try it with some meat. I have a dark soy sauce so I cut down the amount a little. I love that even the garlic taste is predominant still i can taste every ingredient in it. The only downside: it's not a pretty site, especially if you're in the diaper changing business like I am myself. Thanks for sharing and please post more recipes from the same book.
This is such a versatile recipe that I know will get used often. It has 2 of my favourite ingredients, garlic & mustard so I knew I was onto a winner. I used this to coat some chicken tenders before cooking them. Thanks for posting a real keeper for me :)
I put this on and in a whole chicken and threw it in the crockpot. Yummy!!! The garlic flavor was perfect, maybe because I made the paste 2 days ahead. My husband thought it reminded him of a garlicky teriyaki sauce. I want to try it on grilled meat next.
Mmmm this was great for seasoning some grilled beef and chicken skewers, and I plan to use the remainder tomorrow on a lamb roast which I'm sure will be great as well. It had a really nice consistency that made it easy to spread over the meat without it running off during cooking. It's quite a potent paste ideal for those that believe there is no such thing as too much garlic!
Wow!! This is excellent. I don't know if it was the garlic I used or what, but the garlic was potent in this recipe!! I may have used too many cloves of garlic. I had to add a little more of the soy sauce and honey to tone it down a little. I rubbed some of this into a steak I was fixing for dinner and then fried it. It made the steak taste really good. I added about 1/2 teaspoon of your New Potato Salad for a Crowd. It gave the potato salad a little bit of a kick but it didn't overpower it. I will be making this again.
