  1. Combine garlic, eggs, egg yolk, salt and 1/4 cup olive oil in blender container; cover.
  2. Blend about 5 seconds.
  3. Continue blending, adding remaining oil very slowly, as for mayonnaise.
  4. This is a thick mayonnaise-like sauce that can be served with pastas, vegetables or bread.

Loved this sauce. I used it over wheat spaghetti and served with Chicken 1-2-3. I did add twice the garlic but other than that made as directed. So many things to use with this great sauce. Thanks so much. Made for PAC Fall 2012

I'm torn between four and five stars, but will go for the five because of the name:garlic sauce. It is not quite the consistency of a mayo as I'd hoped. However, the flavor is great! I did sub canola oil for half of the olive oil because I only had extra virgin (and the flavor was too strong). Thank you for posting Lainie!
