  • Pulse in a food processor until mixed and pieces are the desired size.
  • OR chop garlic and sage and mix with salt and butter.
  • Chill before using.

  3. Great way to kick up baked potatoes. Made this and took it to SIL's house for Thanksgiving. She serves both mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. This is Great on baked potatoes. Next time I'll double the recipe. Thanks for a great new way of kicking up a baked potatoe.

  5. I made this as part of my Menu #14836. I was delish. Softened butter mixed smoothly with a spoon all the remaining ingredients. I served it on My Irish soda bread Recipe #50600 and it paired great with it! Butter I don`t have often but who doesn`t deserve a treat once in the while. Loved the garlic and I picked sage out of my garden. Yes in Feb. I still have a generous plant. Thanks hope.
