ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, room temperature
- 8 -10 sage leaves, for about 1/4 c chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Pulse in a food processor until mixed and pieces are the desired size.
- OR chop garlic and sage and mix with salt and butter.
- Chill before using.

I made this as part of my Menu #14836. I was delish. Softened butter mixed smoothly with a spoon all the remaining ingredients. I served it on My Irish soda bread Recipe #50600 and it paired great with it! Butter I don`t have often but who doesn`t deserve a treat once in the while. Loved the garlic and I picked sage out of my garden. Yes in Feb. I still have a generous plant. Thanks hope.
