  1. Place garlic cloves, jalapeño pepper, sugar and salt in food processor bowl and pulse until smooth.
  2. With the processor on, add Worcestershire Sauce in a steady stream until incorporated. You will have a semi-wet mixture.
  3. Rub mixture on tenderloins and marinate for 30 minutes. Sear in a very hot skillet until medium-rare, about 2 minutes per side.
