  1. We had this as side dish with Inez's Peppery London Broil. This was our anniversary dinner. It was a fabulous success! Thanks for the recipe Inez!!

  2. I added shrimp that I sauteed with the garlic and made a super main dish out of this recipe. I also stirred in some butter at the end for flavor. I am constantly amazed at how delicious your recipes are even though they are so easy to prepare. Thanks once again, Inez. I am becoming your #1 fan!

  3. Just wonderful!! This is a super easy recipe. It has a very good flavor. I did add about 3 T skim milk for a little bit creamier texture. Thanks for the recipe!!

  4. This was a very good side dish. I added 1 TBS of soft butter when I tossed it. We loved this with baked ham. Thanks!

  5. I've been making something almost identical for years, and I love it! It is worth using the best quality cheese, oil and pasta as there isn't much else.... one of those really basic but completely satisfying things. There's something about the combo of garlic and chile (I confess, I use rather more.)

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
