      Absolutely a scrumptous way to serve asparagus! I used asiago cheese as I had some to use up. I've made asparagus before with parmesan and we definately prefer the asiago. Thanks Sue for an extremely easy and tasty dish! Posted a pic of my end result.

      Delicious! I made this tonight, and liked it so much that I ate both servings. I used just a teaspoon of oil, and tossed the asparagus well in the garlic-oil mixture, salt and pepper before roasting it. The melted cheese was lovely. Thanks Sue for a really nice recipe!

      I put this everything in some foil, wrapped it up, and cooked it on the BBQ, it turned out fantastic! I cut back on the garlic to 5 cloves, because I wasn't cooking it first, and it turned out delicious.

      What a delicious recipe! I didn't change a thing and couldn't believe how tasty the asparagus was. DH loved it and said it was definitely five stars (or more)!! The garlic gives this recipe a beautiful flavour. It will definitely be made often in this house. Thanks for posting this Sue!

      Oh my, this was YUMMY. I cut way back on the oil but otherwise made this as directed and we loved it. Will definitely be making this one again.

      I love asparagus cooked this way. Very simple, very easy and very good. I have to admit that I did add a litte of Emeril's Essence to kick it up a notch. Sorry, I can't help it - I love a little "heat" with my food.

      Very easy and very good. Even my kids tried at least one piece. This is the best way to make asparagus. I made this for my friend who is on a low carb diet. Thanks
