  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cube red potatoes.
  • Toss cubed red potatoes in olive oil (i usually don't measure but eyeball it), minced garlic (again i eyeball it), kosher salt, and pepper.
  • Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on how crispy you want your potatoes.
