Directions

  1. Dissolve bouillon cube in water in medium saucepan.
  2. Add butter, garlic powder; parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes in bite-sized pieces.
  4. Put potatoes in butter mixture and bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender.
