I made this the other night and my husband LOVED it. I only marinated for 15 minutes but it still came out very tasty. He demanded I make this again, haha. I did leave out the corainder, didn't have that on hand, and I broiled instead of grilled the chops - but it still came out great. Thanks for sharing!

Definite repeat recipe! Often I make up my mind too late for meal prep and don't have the time to marinade for hours. I followed your recipe exact for 30 mins marinade time and was astonished at the tasty results. (I did add couple more cloves garlic chopped) The next nite we tried a diff recipe and marinade time was 6 hours minimum and did not have the tasty results like your recipe had. (our cut of pork chop both nights was boneless loin)

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
