Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 thinly sliced pork chops (or butterflied)
  • 2 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil (ADD THIS TO THE BAG FIRST, AFTER THE MEAT!)
  • 1 12 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese (provided at workshop)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic pepper seasoning, blend (wildtree brand Caliornia Style Garlic pepper blend)
  • 12 teaspoon salt (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients into freezer bag. Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place pork chops on lined cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake 10 more minutes. Switch oven to “broil” setting and broil for 1 min per side to crisp the breading.
  4. ***IF USING THICK OR MEDIUM CUT CHOPS, COOK 15 MIN PER SIDE, then switch to broil to crisp breading***.
