Garlic-Pepper Parmesan Crisps

Similar to other parmesan crisps, but with a touch of garlic. Great for any get-together. From Southern Living.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl stirring well.
  3. Sprinkle cheese mixture into the center of a 1 1/2-inch round cookie cutter on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Repeat, placing 16 circles on the cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 9-10 min or until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly on baking sheets, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Repeat procedure 5 more times with remaining cheese mixture.
