My family gobbled this up in no time,,, I guess you could say they loved it! It was a great side dish with Baked Parmesan Chicken... It will go well with many meat, poultry, and fish dishes I make, and we look forward to having it again soon!

Yum! We choose to use fresh fettuccine and parmesan cheese, I also used a little extra cream but left it simmering a little longer. I think the key on making the flavour enhance to use ample freshly cracked black pepper. My husband thought it was great with a drizzle of truffle oil. My daughter loved it just as it is and I added a pinch of chilli flakes, just because I love a little kick. Served with organic broad beans and asparagus. We all enjoyed this recipe very much, thank you for posting mersaydees.

I prepared this as a main dish, and found it to be lacking in enough flavor to carry a meal. However, it would be a fantastic side dish for Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata or Saltimbocca. I am going to store it for future use as a side and give it a second try later.

If we could give this 10 stars we would! It went very well with your Roasted Asparagus With Parmesan and was a very simple dish to make. We turned it into a main dish by adding prawns. We will be making this again and again! Made for the November 2009 Aussie/NZ recipe swap.

Love garlic, love pasta dishes, love quick recipes for mid-week meals: this satisfied all of these. This would make a truly fabulous side-dish! I wanted this as a main course, so I added a can of pink salmon and some dill. LOVED the amount of garlic in this: certainly NOT too much for us, but if you're not keen on garlic you may like to cut it back a bit - though it won't then be Garlic Pasta! Thanks mersaydees: this recipe is certainly one I'll be making again and again.

This was really really good! I made this for a quickie dinner for just myself. It hit the spot! I used a tablespoon of jarred minced garlic to save on time and more like a cup of cream. After the cream mixture simmered a bit, I mixed the parmesan cheese into the the sauce to thicken it and then mixed the noodles in. I also added a sprinkle of red pepper flakes into the sauce for a some bite. This was great! I know my kids would love this as well! Thanks for sharing!

This is a great side dish. I had plans to try out some of the ideas I see for leftovers, but we didn't have any leftover! I tried this recipe for the Chic Chefs in Zaar World Tour 4, and I'm so glad I did. Thanks Mersaydees for a good recipe.

I made this for lunch with a small salad and some Italian bread. The directions were easy, and the taste was creamy and garlicy. Not overwhelming, but just wonderful. This is a nice dish for a quick and easy meal.

This was very good, very easy too. My cheese-loving kid gobbled her plate right up. The next day I took the leftovers and simmered them with a little bit of tomato sauce, oregano and a dash of red wine, and the kids had a really yummy spaghetti lunch, too. Thanks, mersaydees!
