- 1 lb loaf frozen bread dough (defrost 20 minutes)
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Melt together the last 4 ingredients in a saucepan or microwave.
- Cut loaf into approximately 15 pieces, then roll into balls.
- Dip in and completely cover with butter mixture and drop into loaf pan.
- Pour remaining butter over top.
- Cover with towel and let rise 2 1/2 hours. Then bake for 25 minutes for 350°F.
