- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- fresh dill, chopped
- minced fresh garlic
- salt and pepper

- Cut potatoes in half, then into wedges.
- you want 8 wedges from each one.
- steam sliced potatoes on a steamer rack over boiling water 10 minutes.
- Combine melted butter, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl.
- dump cooked potatoes in medium bowl, pour over garlic butter and toss.
