  1. Mix the garlic, chopped green onion tops and bottoms, and the oil thoroughly.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and blend the mixture well, until the oil is absorbed into the mayonnaise.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Asparagus, Red Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Potato
  5. Skins, Roast Beef, Turkey

This is GREAT!! I used a little more olive oil... then added fresh cilantro and lime juice.. As a dip for empanadas. Will make this often!

DH and I were at a restaurant and had tortilla espanola and this dip was on the side. This was exactly like the dip at the restaurant and is a perfect match for tortilla espanola ( use Recipe #193818) Thank you so much for a delicious recipe!
