Love garlic - loved these potatoes. I used roasted garlic instead of raw- I always have some in my freezer. The fat free sour cream works! Thanks for adding taste enjoyment to my Sunday night dinner Wendy

This recipe is really easy and good. I made two changes, I used 4 ounces of low-fat cream cheese and 1/4 cup of skim milk and 2 Tbsp butter. MMMM....good
