This is a great marinade that I used on chicken. I let the chicken marinate about 6 hours and it turned out tender, moist and flavorful. Can't wait to try it on beef and fish. The ratio of ingredients is perfect. Thanks so much, CoffeeMom.
This was excellent, I was looking for a marinade without sugar and this fit the bill (sugar burns on my indooor grill). I was in a rush so I used 1/2 salt and 1/2 adolphs meat tenderizer, marinated for 1.5 hours, seared round steak on a griddle and finished in the oven at 400 for about 5 minutes, everything was tender and yummy, will use this VERY often!
I used this on boneless chicken and cooked it with a grill pan as I lack a real grill. Kept it's flavor and is very tasty. Leftovers on salad for tomorrow's lunch!
