Garlic Lemonnaise
"This is a Bonnie Stern recipe that I like to make up when I am making potato or pasta salad, and want to change it up a bit. This is very versatile. You can also use it as a veggie dip or anywhere you would spread mayo - sandwich, burger, etc.
NOTE: Cooking time does not include time to roast garlic."

1 cup
ingredients
- 4 heads roasted garlic
- 2⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
directions
- Squeeze roasted garlic out of the cloves. Puree all ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

Oh! This will be absolutely perfect on grilled chicken. It's very reminiscent of the white sauce I normally use, but with garlic.....why did I never add garlic to my sauce? Because of the name, I thought it would be thicker, but it is indeed a sauce or a slightly thick salad dressing. Thanks for sharing an easy to make sauce that I'll make again and again! -
This is absolutely an amazing little sauce. I used it over pasta to make a pasta and chicken salad for DH and I for dinner! We greatly enjoyed. I can't wait to try this on a fish sammie!!! Thanks for posting! Made for Holiday Tag 2009!
