Hello, I have come across this recipe on this website http://www.thetastepantry.com It is an unusual combination but tastes really good.
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- Mix together.
I followed the exact recipe & it was absolutely delish!! I will definitely be using this again & again...thanks for posting. :-)
I thought the ingredients sounded great together. I didn't actually measure everything, but the marinade was delicious! I substituted a little apple cider vinegar for the lemon juice since I didn't have any, but other than that I used the same ingredients and let it marinate overnight. Thanks for sharing.
