These potatoes smell amazing when they are roasting and have a wonderfully mild garlic flavor! From foodnetworktv.com courtesy of Sunny Anderson.

These were delicious and so pretty too! We especially loved the addition of garlic to the potatoes and the boosted up sour cream. I made these as directed and they came out perfect. It is nice to have something different to do to the potato. They would be perfect for everyday dinners and are fancy enough for more elegant dinners. I am going use this recipe with the larger russet potatoes this weekend when I have some friends and family coming over. Thanks for a great recipe mer@ !! Take care, Melissa

This was such a delight to make and tastes great! It is something easy that you can impress dinner guests with. Cooked with Dressed-Up Cornish Hens. I do not care for sour cream so I left that out. Thanks mer@ for sharing.
