  • Cube chicken into bite-seize pieces (about 1 inch).
  • Fry over high heat, stirring often for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients (except garnishes-onion and sesame seeds).
  • Cook on mediun-high 15 minutes or until syrupy.
  • Sprinkle with garnishes.
  • Serve over hot rice.

  1. Absolutely delicious! I had no problem getting to the syrup stage, it just needed to cook for a while. Next time would serve with steamed broccoli.
     
  2. The aromas were wonderful...but...it never turned into a syrup. It was overwhelmed with vinegar, which took away from the other flavors. Maybe only 1 cup of vinegar would be better.
