"People who hate fish (especially salmon) go nuts over this. It should be called 'The Best' Salmon recipe. Prep time includes marinade time."

  1. This is very good, but the cooking time is off. We left ours in the oven for only 12 minutes and it was still overdone.

  2. This was a seriously tasty piece of salmon. I only made two steaks because there are only two of us but I used the full marinade and then boiled down what was left over and drizzled over some of the veggies I served with it and that was lovely. I used tamari instead of soy and splenda brown sugar blend because they were what I had on hand and they worked great. I probably gave it about 3 1/2 in the fridge and it was beautifully tender when cooked. Made for Healthy Choices tag.

  3. This is so easy and full of flavor. I made the full recipe for 3 6 oz. fillets, and there was plenty. I marinated 2 hours and cooked 400 for 13 minutes, because that is how I usually cook small salmon fillets. It turned out great! Thanks herby!

  4. We like fish and we liked this recipe too.. DH prepared this for dinner and he likes easy, straightforward recipes and he found this easy to follow. Our oven is a little old and slow so he needed 30 minutes to get it cooked though, but the taste was lovely and I would have no hesitation to make this again. Next time I will add a little more garlic and ginger (personal preference only becuase this isn't really missing anything)We enjoyed this as a weekday dinner and marinated it for 2 hours. Please see my rating system: a wonderful 4 stars :) Thanks !

  5. My boyfriend, who doesn't like salmon much, loved this recipe. I doubled the recipe though as he loves garlic and ginger.
