Garlic Flavored Oil

"With the price of my favorite garlic oil going even higher I was happy to find this recipe. I'm a garlic freak so I use this in place of regular olive oil in my cooking. Also good over veggies or salads,"

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
• 6 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 dried chili, 2 inches long

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Put into a container with a tight fitting lid and store at room temperature up to 6 months.
