I tried this, omitting the sugar. I baked and baked and it seemed to do nothing, so put under broiler for a minute or so. It now is a nice addition to salads.I also plan to try it as a sprinkle on casseroles! Thanks for a great idea.

This is delish. I am making this for my specialty Christmas Baskets and I know it will be a big hit. I doubled the garlic! Saving some for myself too, as I also doubled the recipe. Thank you for this little gem

It's a treat to top off a salad with your Garlic crunch. I doubled the recipe. It is so economical to make, ingredients I always have in the house and did I mention it is delicious. I will have some of this on hand all the time. Thanks Christiane in PA for a real winner
