Garlic Croutons

Adds great taste to any salad or add crunch to your favourite soup.

I`m not a fan of croutons but my husband is, so I made them for him and end up eating it to. I used sundried tomato bread. These came out fabulous. Very easy!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 14 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups country style white bread, in 1/4 inch cubes


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the garlic, salt, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Put the bread cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle the garlic oil over them.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and very dry.
  7. About halfway through, stir once to brown evenly.
