Fantastic! I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9" pie pan. Also, didn't use quite the full amount of cream cheese and next time will probably reduce the cream cheese a bit more. Added a light sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. Also added sliced jalapenos to half the dish, as my MIL makes this dish and I love the heat! Left half the dish without jalapenos in case my guests didn't want them - I ended up having to eat the side without, so many people wanted jalapenos!
Great side dish. Easy to put together and a good option for something a little different on abusy week night. O loved the cream cheese garlic combo. I may add a little salt and pepper next time. Thanks for sharing. *Made for PAC Spring 2010*
I made this with canned corn and it was a great dish! I added some salt and pepper but otherwise made as written. Was a rich veggie dish that would be good for a holiday or everyday dinner. Made for Spring PAC 2013.

Really, really great tasting corn dish, & I don't think it could be any easier to prepare, either! I did take a hint from Brenda & added a little seasoning, & for me it was lemon pepper! Definitely a keeper of a recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]
Made for Spring PAC 2010, I cannot imagine how a recipe could get more ingredient, budget, family & prep-friendly than this tasty side dish. I love garlic & corn, but never thot of them as being esp compatible flavors ... BUT they are great together in this recipe. I halved the recipe for 2 of us & baked it in individual gratin dishes. Altho not part of the recipe, they looked a bit "plain" to me .. so I lightly dusted the surface w/breadcrumbs + a sprinkle of dry parsley for the pic prior to baking. Thx for sharing this excellent & easy-fix recipe w/us. :-)
