  • 2 rib eye steaks (about 1 lb each)
  • Marinade

  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic, minced
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon chili pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Marinade: Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Add steaks; rub marinade all over. Cover and chill for 4 hours. (Make ahead: chill for up to 24 hours).
  2. Preheat grill.
  3. Grill until medium rare, about 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board; tent with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
