Wonderful recipe! I cooked the chicken in a grill seasoning first and added mushrooms as well. We loved it!
We are a family of garlic-lovers and loved this! I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper but the dish still needed a kick, I would add more salt next time or sprinkle a generous anount of feta cheese to get the salt from that. Overall, great dish that will surely be a regular one in our house!
Love it! Didn't have sour cream so used ranch dressing. Turned out great.
My family loved this recipe! I think Kelsey might have meant 2 FULL chicken breasts. Most American grocery stores sell half breasts, so I doubled the amount and that worked great with the given amount of sauce and pasta. I did increase the garlic; I sauteed the fresh cloves with the onion and pepper, and added a tsp of garlic powder with the flour when making the roue for the sauce.

This is good but needed a little zip for our tastes. A dash of cayenne pepper took care of that. I feel like the number of servings is off as well as the amount of pasta. No way I would dare to try to serve 7-8 people on two chicken breasts. There was also too much pasta for this amount of sauce. The overall flavor though was good and preparation was easy.
