Nice dish! DH and I both enjoyed the flavors though even with reduced sodium soy it was still a bit salt for me. I loved the green beans and peppers combination. Made for Culinary Quest 2014
This was so good! Had to sub dry sherry for rice wine and hoisin for black bean sauce and it still came out great! Ate with white rice with a little soy sauce - A definite keeper!
The best thing about this was indeed the marinade, that I'd give 5 stars. I did like the added red pepper, but stir-fry just lacked something, thus the recipe itself lost 1 star. All in all, it made a very nice dinner. It is a keeper, but will require a bit of tweaking if I'll make again, which I want to do.

This was a really easy to prepare, no guilt recipe that we enjoyed for dinner last night. We served over basmati rice. Like another reviewer, it had less flavor than we had hoped, but it was still good. Thanks!
This was a nice treat that felt very healthy to eat. However, I found it had less flavor than I expected. I made this exactly as posted but, next time, I think I will increase all the ingredients of the marinade to get more punch! Thanks for sharing this. Made for PRMR Tag Game.
Thanks so much for a great new way for me to fix chicken breasts ~ This is a very tasty dish! Followed the recipe right own down & served it over a bed of brown rice! The only change I might make another time is to use fresh green beans, but that would be the only thing! The combo of flavors in this dish is right on for us!
