Directions

  1. Combine chicken, garlic, rosemary, oil, lemon zest and lemon pepper in a baking dish. Roast at 450°F for 20 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice, and roast another 5 minutes. Serve with jus spooned over the chicken.

7-2-11 Didn't pay attention and put broth and lemon juice in at the beginning. Nice dish. Probably would have looked more attractive if first actually roasted without the liquid. May try again,
