- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine or 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juice of
- Combine chicken, garlic, rosemary, oil, lemon zest and lemon pepper in a baking dish. Roast at 450°F for 20 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice, and roast another 5 minutes. Serve with jus spooned over the chicken.
7-2-11 Didn't pay attention and put broth and lemon juice in at the beginning. Nice dish. Probably would have looked more attractive if first actually roasted without the liquid. May try again,
