Garlic Cheese Spread

"This is so good spread on biscuits or your favorite bread before baking."

• Serves: 15

ingredients

• 20 ounces grated romano cheese
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• biscuits or Italian bread

directions

1. mix all ingredients, except the bread in a large bowl.
2. Spread on bread or biscuits.
3. Bake it or toast in toaster oven.
