- 1 (28 ounce) bagshoestring French fries
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1⁄4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- kosher salt
- Cook fries according to package directions.
- Combine butter, and garlic in a small pan and simmer over low heat
- Place cooked fries in large bowl and drizzle with butter mixture.
- Toss well, adding parsley & cheese making sure all fries get mixed well.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve.
