A small snack for all you garlic lovers out there.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 slice garlic, loaf
  • 1 medium-small orange carrot (Skinned)
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • half tbs. vegetable oil
  • 4 leaves basil
  • 14 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

  1. Slice the carrot into small pieces.
  2. Add oil into pan
  3. Turn pan to medium heat.
  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and old bay into pan.
  5. Add carrots and saute for five minutes.
  6. Toast bread on light-medium until golden-brown.
  7. Slice the basil into small strips.
  8. Distribute carrots on bread and top with basil.
  9. Eat.
