- 1 head roasted garlic
- to taste butter, softened, margarine or Olive Oil
- to taste cheese (Romano, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses)
- 1 loaf bread
- Split loaf in half lengthwise and lightly coat with butter, margarine or olive oil(which ever you prefer) then toast in oven or broiler.
- Rub toasted bread with cloves of roasted garlic. Add cheese and toast again until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
I used Recipe #208298 to spread on the bread and and being I was short on time I used Recipe #78426 it worked great for the bread. And shredded jack cheese. Thanks!
