    Super garlic blue cheese dressing. If you love garlic try this one. It's almost like a caesar salad, and you can make a meal out of a salad with this.

      Put all your ingredients except parmesan in a blender and blend until smooth. Toss with crisp romaine salad and parmesan. To make a meal add croutons, or shrimp, chicken, or anything else you might like.

      Hello Mette S;
      This is the most delicious dressing that I have had for a long time.
      The Blue Cheese and the garlic made this recipe so tasty. I also added 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese to the dressing. I made a meal using green leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, mushrooms, shrimp and my homemade croutons. For the second meal, I added some small chopped celery. Absolutely scrumptuous.
      Romaine lettuce would also be good, although I grow my own lettuce, but did not plant any Romaine.
      Thank for sharing your recipe. I would give it much more than 5 stars.
