  • Season the peeled shrimp with the seasoned salt; set aside.
  • Melt butter in skillet, add shrimp and tossing to cook until pink. Sprinkle lemon juice, oregano, black pepper and garlic over the shrimp. Simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occassionaly; do not overcook. Adjust salt to taste if needed.
  • Serve with warm French bread to soak up sauce.
