WOW!! This is a fantastic marinade. I use something similar to this recipe when I make honey-soy glazed chicken wings. I used garlic powder instead of fresh cause I was too lazy to peel the garlic and it still came of wonderful. I also upped the honey to our tastes and added more seasoned salt. I used an eye round roast that came out pink in the middle and oh so flavorful on the outside. I then thought to myself this would make a great marinade for Beef Jerky. Well I'm off to the store now to get the london broil. I highly recommend this recipe. Great job Kittencal and thanks for posting it.

What a burst of flavors in this marinade. I used it to marinade a london broil before grilling it. Wow - it was GREAT! Thanks Kit for another winner of a marinade!! Tagged in 123 Hits.

In the past, I've always used store bought pouches of steak marinade but I won't need those anymore. This marinade was fabulous! The flavor was complex with just a touch of sweetness that both my husband & I loved. Will definitely 'make again!'

This gave our ribeye steaks a delightful flavor. It was subtle and did not hide the flavor of the steak, I was worried that the liquid smoke would be too powerful, NOT. Very very nice! I am going to diffently be using this again on any kind steak. I'm thinking that it may even be nice on pork. Thank you kit, for posting this refreshing marinade. :)shirley(:
