Garlic Basil Marinade

"This simple, easy marinade is great for chicken or seafood"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 3/4 cup

ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup white wine
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons basil, chopped (or 2 dried)
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 garlic, minced

directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a zip lock bag. Add the chicken and marinate 2 - 5 hours.
