    Sweet and tangy and very garlicky, perfect for a nice fresh romaine salad!

    Directions:

      There are two ways to do this.

      With Food Processor:.

      Add garlic cloves to mini food processor.
    4. 4
      Chop/grind.
    5. 5
      Add everything else except for olive oil.
    6. 6
      Chop/grind again.
    7. 7
      Add olive oil.
    8. 8
      Chop/grind again.

      That's it! And you have perfectly blended perfectly creamy salad dressing.

      Without Food Processor:.

      Crush or mince garlic cloves.

      Add all ingredients in a jar except olive oil.

      Shake well.

      Add olive oil.

      Shake vigorously until evenly mixed.

      Enjoy!

      Excellent. Just the perfect blend of sweetness to tartness. I used this on some Roma Tomatoes and Fetta Cheese seasoned with Basil and Oregano for a snack and we loved it. Can't wait for cherry tomatoes to come in. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC 2012 Orphanage.
