  • Sprinkle pork chops all over with soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes - 2 hours.
  • Coat grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray and preheat.
  • Cook chops 4 inches from heat source 5-6 minutes each side, or until a thermometer inserted in center of chop reads 155 degrees F and juices run clear.

  1. leave the salt out! Soy Sauce is salty enough. You can add some brown sugar or honey also. Great on the grill

  3. Very easy & tasty - just a tad salty for us. I had to marinate overnight because of work.
     
  4. Very nice little dish. Very easy to put together and nice flavor. I really love the combo of pork, soy and garlic, but the paprika was a nice change. Will be adding to my grilling cookbook.
