  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add shrimp to a saucepan of boiling water and immediately reduce heat to medium.
  3. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes or until they turn pink.
  4. Drain and immerse in cold water to stop cooking.
  5. Pat dry on paper towels.
  6. Place shrimp into baking shells or 6.
  7. individual ramekins.
  8. Melt butter in small saucepan.
  9. Add garlic and cook for two minutes.
  10. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
  11. Toss well and spoon evenly over shrimp.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes.
