A wonderful replacement for regular parmesan cheese on pasta! A garlicky blend that is just right.
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- Process all ingredients in blender or food processor at high speed until.
- mixture is very fine in texture (30- 45 seconds).
- Store in shaker.
This is great for almost anything. Oven chips, steak, chicken - ANYTHING! I also make it up for Christmas presents, and everyone is happy to get some. Thanks for sharing.
