A nice and easy chicken recipe. You can keep the chicken whole, cooking it for the usual time that you cook a chicken for, or buy chicken quarters, your choice.

Have not tried yet but have a comment, PLEASE note that the cooking temp is in Celcius not ferinheidt, or however you spell it. 200 degrees C is hotter then the ovens used in the states that are gaged in F.
- 1 roasting chicken
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200°c, and prepare a roasting tin.
- Chop the Chicken into serving sized pieces, and place in a large bowl
- Add the Lemon and Lime juices, olive oil, garlic salt and pepper, and mix together so that all the chicken is covered.
- Arrnage the chicken pieces in a roasting tin, and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
