This is quite delicious. My roast was a bit smaller, and my garlic cloves were large, so I ended up using only about half as much, but the end result was very tasty. Thanks for posting!

  1. Combine the garlic and herbs in a small bowl, toss to cover garlic with herbs.
  2. Use a sharp, narrow-bladed knife and make shot openings into the meat at regular intervals.
  3. Insert the herb coated garlic slivers into the openings.
  4. Sprinkle the roast with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook in rotisserie at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours or longer, until cooked through.
